Group Matwork Classes.

Your booking is for a “regular class” each week on the same day and time for the entire 6 week term.

If you are unable to attend your “regular class” a swap is permitted for a different day when 24hrs notice is given and subject to availability. All swaps need to be used within 3 months.

For the swap system to work a minimum of 24hrs notice is needed if you are not attending, this allows for sufficient time to offer the class out.

Refunds and credits against another term will not be issued for missed classes.

You need to be enrolled in a term to use swap/banked sessions, when you leave you lose your swap/banked classes.

Drop in prices are £14per class with priority given to term clients.

Payment is required in advance via BACS or cash.

Your space is not secured until payment is received.

An enrolment form will need to be completed prior to attending your initial session.

Private Studio and Specialist Classes

All private sessions are for one hour.

Late arrival for your session will be deducted from your allocated hour.

24hrs notice most be given for cancellation of your session, otherwise payment is required in full.

Payment is required in advance via BACS or cash.

General

It is your responsibility to inform your teacher prior to commencing any session if your health or your ability to exercise has changed since your enrolment form.

Pilates sessions do not substitute medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercises, you should refer back to your medical practitioner.

The teacher accepts no liability for personal injury related to participation in a session if your doctor has advised you against such exercises, you fail to observe instructions on safety/technique, or such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the class/studio.

It is your responsibility to inform your teacher if you feel pain or discomfort during or after a session. All exercises should be performed at a pace which feels comfortable for you, pain is the bodies warning sign and should not be ignored.

It is understood that Pilates exercises involve hands on correction.
