Book a block of six 1-2-1’s for only £45 per session, all sessions to be used within three months.
Being a qualified L4 matwork teacher, specialist instructor and back4good practitioner, I’m able to teach Pilates across a very broad spectrum of clients, including pre/post natal Pilates and Pilates for bone health which focuses more in depth at conditions such as osteoporosis and osteopenia. I am also a certified back4good practitioner which means I have undergone extensive training exclusively related to teaching Pilates for back pain. This training has been externally accredited by Skills Active and REPS.
