Group matwork

Pilates matwork classes are a great way to benefit from Pilates in a small group of like minded people. Whilst benefiting from the social side of group classes, you will also feel motivated and energised whist performing your moves alongside a maximum of 12 people.

All new clients will need to complete an enrolment form. Ideally, I also like to meet my new clients for an assessment prior to them starting a group class. This is an ideal opportunity to discuss your individual requirements, concerns and any injuries, plus cover the basics to ensure you feel confident and ready to enter a group class. This 1-2-1 session is at a reduced rate of £45 when you sign up for a course and can be at a time and location that is convenient for us both.
