Classical Pilates Matwork – Term 36 Information Term 36 starts soon and runs for six consecutive weeks at The All Saints Centre, Hackbridge.

*Please note P2U will close for Christmas from Mon 22nd Dec to Sun 4th Jan*

Start Dates & Times: Tuesday 6th Jan • 7pm – Mixed Level Friday 9th Jan • 9:30am – Beginner Saturday 10th Jan • 9:00am – Mixed Level All new members must email to check availability before booking.

Fee: £63 for the 6-week term (payable by cash or bank transfer) To secure your space, payment is due by the last day of your current term. If paying by bank transfer, please use your name and class day/term as the reference.Example: ShanieSatT36

Equipment Needed Weekly (in addition to your mat): Week 1 – None Week 2 – Resistance bands Week 3 – Overball and 2 tennis balls Week 4 – Circle Week 5 – Weights Week 6 – Foam roller
