Group matwork classes available for new members from 18th March 2025:
Tue 6.30pm beg/improver - 0 spaces.
Tue 7.30pm intermediate - 2 spaces.
Fri 9.30am beginner - 1 space.
Sat 9am mixed - 3 space.
Term30 starts on the below dates and runs for six consecutive weeks for Tuesday & Saturday, then five weeks for Friday, at The All Saints Centre Hackbridge.
Tue 18th Mar 6.30pm (beg/improver)
Tue 18th Mar 7.30pm (intermediate)
Fri 21st Mar 9.30am (beginner) *NO CLASS 18th April Good Friday*
Sat 22nd Mar 9am (mixed)

The fee is £63 for the six week terms (Tue/Sat) and £52.50 for the five week term (Fri), payable by cash or bank transfer. To secure your space payments are due by the last day of your current term, if paying via BAC's please use your name plus day/term as the reference (example - ShanieSatT30)
Please note the equipment that will be needed each week in addition to your mat & towel/pillow.
Week 1 = n/a
Week 2 = bands
Week 3 = overball and x2 tennis balls
Week 4 = circle
Week 5 = weights
Week 6 = roller
